How do I unlock a padlock luggage without the key?
I have a bag I need to use a trip somewhere, but I do not the key to the padlock which is kept closed. Is it possible to get open without the key, excluding any violent solution (try of the hammer probably just break the zipper)? Immediate help on this would be appreciated. I'm leaving very soon!
As indicated economic small bits are easy to pick or pop off. Once, I used a screwdriver to mine heavy pry open. Did not go much effort. However, if you have a good, and do not want to spend money for a locksmith. It can be cut. If you happen to live near Airport, just run (during a slow time) and ask TSA to cut. Believe me, they have the tools! I do not want too worry about saving the lock, since you're not allowed to use it anyway. Then buy a TSA approved lock later. Bon voyage.
